How do subscriptions work?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple through the App Store. You can upgrade, cancel, or change plans from your Apple ID subscription settings.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Open Recalli → Settings → Manage Subscription (or use the App Store “Subscriptions” screen under your Apple ID).
How do I restore purchases?
If your Premium access isn’t showing, try closing and reopening the app. Also confirm you’re signed into the same Apple ID used to subscribe.
Why can’t I add more reminders?
The free plan supports up to 5 active reminders. Mark completed items done (or delete them) to free up space, or upgrade to Premium for unlimited active reminders.
Voice input isn’t working
Check Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone and Speech Recognition permissions. Also confirm you’re on Premium for voice input.
Picture input (Optical Character Recognition) isn’t working
Check camera / photo permissions in Settings. Try a well-lit image with clear text. Picture input requires Premium.
Troubleshooting checklist
- Force quit and reopen the app
- Confirm device date/time are correct
- Check iOS permissions (Microphone, Speech Recognition, Camera, Photos)
- Update iOS to the latest version available
- Verify your subscription is active under Apple ID → Subscriptions
